This past weekend, congregations across the Northern Highlands Benefice gathered under crisp (sort of!) autumn skies for our annual Blessing of the Animals. From wagging tails and the hum of laughter, the spirit of St. Francis was alive and well in every parish. Pets received blessings, prayers, and plenty of love. The gatherings were a joyful reminder that all creation praises God in its own way and that our communities are made richer by the creatures who share our homes and hearts. We hear the pets rated this experience a 5-tail wag experience.
